Event FAQ

Ohio does not issue liquor licenses to mobile bars. All mobile bars are legally considered “dry hires.” They provide the service of serving alcoholic beverages - They do not provide the alcoholic beverages themselves. Therefore, alcohol is not included in the quoted price for our mobile bar services. This means you will need to purchase the alcohol separately, adhering to state regulations.

• A nonrefundable Booking Retainer ($500) is due at the time of booking to secure the date. This amount is applied to your balance.

• A signed Booking Agreement is also due to lock in your date.

• The entire balance is due 30 days before the event date. Payment plans available - ask for details

• Package pricing does not include tax or Stripe Processing Fee.

Yes! We carry both general and liquor liability insurance. We can provide to your venue upon request.

Every event is unique! Therefore, getting a quote is the best way to get specific pricing. However, here are some general guidelines.

Events with less than 100 guests spend about $1,000 - $1,800

Events with 100 - 130 guests spend about $2,500 - $3,000.

Events with 175+ guests spend $4,000+

It depends on what you want us to serve (bottom, mid, or top shelf). However, people typically drink one drink per hour. If affordable alcohol is purchased, it normally costs $1-2 per drink per person.

So for a 6-hour event for 150 people, we estimate:

6*150 = $900

Again, it really comes down to the brands you choose. We can help you choose affordable but high-quality liquor brands.

Left over liquor is yours to keep. Unopened cases of beer and bottles of wine can be returned to our vendor. It's totally normal, and expected to have left over alcohol. We will package it up for you at the end of the night!

Of course! We have list of suggested signature drinks and offer a complimentary tasting after booking. 

Tastings can be scheduled December - March.

We are based in Massillon, Ohio. We services all of Ohio. We have a $1.50/mile travel fee after 30 miles.

All packages include General and liquor Liability, a Kegerator, Straws, Cups, Napkins, Picks, Garnishes, Fresh Fruit, Herbs, Spices, Bitters, Handmade Simple Syrups, Fresh Squeezed Juices, Ice—for bar services, Alcohol Ordering and Delivery, Unused Beer and wine Return, Set Up and tear down, up to 6 Hours of Bar Service, and a Customized Bar Menu.

Soft drinks are included in the premium package or as an add-on to any other package.

You are not required to rent a bar from us.
